Recently, konjac has entered the harvest season. The Pingxihe Konjac Park in Langao County, Shaanxi Province, is seizing the opportunity to harvest konjac on sunny days. On October 16th, the China (Langao) Selenium Rich Konjac Technology Innovation Seminar, hosted by the Konjac Association of the Chinese Horticultural Society, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, and the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and organized by the Ankang Selenium Rich Industry Research Institute and the Langao County People's Government, was held at the Nangongshan Hotel in Langao County, Shaanxi Province
